We’ll hand-pick the week’s best, biggest cuts just for you—packed and ready for pickup.

Fresh weekly cuts of 3–4 week dry-aged 100% Kaua‘i pasture-raised beef from Rancher’s Daughter’s Reserve, including ribeye, porterhouse, filet mignon, steer burger, and bison.

  • Order window: Thursday – Monday 11:59 PM

  • Orders placed by Monday 11:59 PM → pickup this Thu–Sat

  • Orders placed after Monday 11:59 PM → pickup next week

We’re a small family ranch and cut one animal per week.
Next-day pickup is not guaranteed. We do our best, but it depends on what’s already cut.

Call our ranch store, Minnie’s Mercantile, at 808-639-7474 before you drive over. We answer during store hours and check messages in between, and can let you know what cuts are left and when you can pick up.
