Reserve your beef online.
We restock our online butcher shop every Thursday.
Place your order by Monday at midnight for the best chance at same-week pickup.

Orders placed after Monday at midnight will usually be filled the following week.

Important: Your order is not ready when you place it. Please wait until you receive your ready-for-pickup email.

Fresh weekly cuts of 3–4 week dry-aged 100% Kaua‘i pasture-raised beef from Rancher’s Daughter’s Reserve, including ribeye, porterhouse, filet mignon, steer burger, and bison.

Once you receive your ready email, pick up at Minnie’s Mercantile:
Mon–Fri 1–5 PM
Sat 10–2 PM

  • Orders placed after Monday 11:59 PM → pickup next week

We’re a small family ranch and cut one animal per week.
Next-day pickup is not guaranteed. We do our best, but it depends on what’s already cut.

Call our ranch store, Minnie’s Mercantile, at 808-639-7474 before you drive over. We answer during store hours and check messages in between, and can let you know what cuts are left and when you can pick up.
