Our Beef Freezer Stock-Up is for families who want to be prepared, eat better, and always have high-quality beef ready at home.

This is 100% pasture-raised Kaua‘i beef — grass-fed, grass-finished, harvested locally, cut locally, and dry-aged for 3–4 weeks.

Our cattle are born and raised on open pasture, free to roam, graze, eat their natural diet, and live in peace.

You cannot find quality like this in any store.

1/2 Beef Freezer Stock-Up

This is the full freezer stock-up option.

Includes:

• 4 Chuck Steaks
• 2 Flap Steaks
• 2 Denver Steaks
• 1 Skirt Steak
• 1 Flank Steak
• 8 Top Sirloin Steaks
• 1 Picanha
• 1 Tri-Tip
• 4 Porterhouse Steaks
• 4 New York Steaks
• 4 Ribeye Steaks
• 2 Flat Iron Steaks
• 10 packages of Stew Meat, about 1 lb each
• 4 bags of Steer Burger Ground Beef, 10 lbs each
• 4 packages of Teriyaki Slices

1/4 Beef Freezer Stock-Up

The 1/4 Beef Freezer Stock-Up is a smaller version of the 1/2 Beef option.

It is basically half of the 1/2 Beef Freezer Stock-Up and is perfect if you want to fill your freezer, but do not need the larger amount.

• 2 Chuck Steaks
• 1 Flap Steak
• 1 Denver Steak
• 1 Skirt or Flank Steak
• 4 Top Sirloin Steaks
• 1 Picanha or Tri-Tip
• 2 Porterhouse Steaks
• 2 New York Steaks
• 2 Ribeye Steaks
• 1 Flat Iron Steak
• 5 packages of Stew Meat, about 1 lb each
• 2 bags of Steer Burger Ground Beef, 10 lbs each
• 2 packages of Teriyaki Slices
• 1/2 Brisket
• 2 Short Ribs
• 1/2 Tenderloin

The 1/4 Beef option still gives you steaks, burger, stew meat, teriyaki slices, ribs, brisket, and tenderloin — just in a smaller amount.

Important Notes

Cuts may vary slightly depending on the animal.

If a cut cannot be divided evenly, we will substitute with a comparable premium cut.

All beef is frozen/fresh and ready for pickup.

We do not ship beef.
