Rich in beef flavor, our Chuck Steak is perfect for pulehu-style grilling. A local favorite for pau hana, beach gatherings, or after the game. Best enjoyed hot off the grill, sliced into bite-sized pieces, with chopsticks, a good dipping sauce, and a cold drink.
Raised on our family's ranch on Kauaʻi, our beef is 100% pasture-raised, grass-fed and finished, then dry-aged for 3–4 weeks to develop rich flavor and tenderness.
Cooking Tips:
Season generously with Hawaiian salt and pepper. Grill over high heat, allow to rest, then slice thinly against the grain.
Our Favorite Pupu Dipping Sauce:
Mix 4 parts ketchup, 2 parts shoyu, and 1 part Worcestershire sauce.
