We're offering a limited amount of locally raised beef from a fellow Kauaʻi rancher.
Like our Rancher's Daughter's Reserve beef, these cattle are raised on pasture, 100% grass-fed and grass-finished.
This beef is leaner than our usual selection, making it a great option for those who prefer less fat.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
A variety of beef cuts from the animal, which may include:
Steaks
Roasts
Short ribs
Stew meat
Ground beef
Exact cuts depend on availability and how the beef is processed. Some steaks will be boneless rather than bone-in.
QUARTER BEEF — $669
Approximately 111.5 lbs hanging weight.
HALF BEEF — $1,338
Approximately 223 lbs hanging weight. Simply order two quarters.
$6/lb hanging weight — cutting, wrapping, and vacuum sealing included.
Beef is aged approximately one week.
PLEASE NOTE: Pricing is based on hanging weight, not the final packaged weight. After trimming, deboning, and processing, the amount of packaged beef you take home will be less.
